Jiangsu Tiangong Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Company or Tiangong), the subsidiary of Tiangong International Co., Ltd, is a specialized manufacturer of titanium and titanium alloy products in China. Established in 2010, the Company, listed in NEEQ on December 3, 2015 with stock code 834549, is located at No. 9, Lingang Industrial Park, Xiashu town, Jurong city, Jiangsu province and covers an area of 80,000 square meters and has 80 employees, the annual capacity of titanium and titanium alloy products reaches 10,000 tons. The Company is mainly engaged in the production, processing, research, and sales of new titanium alloy materials. The raw material, titanium sponge, is processed into titanium ingots, titanium plates, titanium tubes, titanium bars and titanium wire rods.

The Company adopts domestically advanced, proven and reliable energy-saving and environment-friendly technologies, the production facilities including 1.5 tons, 3 tons and10 tons vacuum consumable melting furnaces , 3500 tons and 6300 tons pressing machines, 1250 tons and 4500 tons fast forging machines, tube mills, vacuum welding equipment, finishing facilities are equipped in the Company, and the Company has a complete system covering scientific research, production, testing, sales and service, and up to 34 futility model and invention patents for lightweight composite titanium tubes, titanium plates, high-strength composite titanium plates, corrugated core composite titanium plates and so on.

The Company will continuously consolidate its comprehensive strength and enhance its status in China’s titanium industry, and endeavors to achieve the transformation from the upstream non-ferrous metal materials processing to the downstream metal composite material production and the application of related terminal products as well as the research & development and production ecosystem of titanium alloy gradually, and develop titanium alloy powder for 3D printing to lead the international cutting-edge technology, and enter military sector.
