Bridge Building Steel
Bridge building steel is dedicatedly for the construction of railway and highway bridges. NISCO Bridge building steel products had been used in the projects such as Shanghai-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge, Pingtan strait Bridge, San Francisco New Bay Bridge, Zangmu Bridge of Lhasa-Nyingchi Railway, Meizhou-Chaoshan railway for passenger traffic, Wufeng Mountain Highway and Rail Transit Bridge. On April 18, 2017, NISCO won the bid of Yarlung Zangbo River Bridge in Lhasa-Nyingchi section of Tibet-Sichuan railway, which is the first coating-free and weather-proof bridge in China, for 12,812 tons of weather-proof bridge building plates as the sole supplier. In July, 2017, NISCO won the bid of Wufeng Mountain Highway and Rail Transit Bridge project for compound steel plates S31603 and Q370qE, the bridge ranks the first in the world in term of the application of compound steel plates with total amount of 4,474 tons, among those plates, NISCO product accounts for more than 60%.
